Save the Children Sweden have been financed us within the Organizational Development Programme in early 2007 to the end of 2008. In the previous Save the Children Sweden supported us with Capacity Building and Strengthening Program for the Development of Children’s Committee for 9 months period. SCS also supported us with Children’s Forum on Participation.
We would strongly like to express our warm appreciation to Save the Children Sweden (SCS) who always dedicated his open-minded and times on helping the most vulnerable people/children as well concentrated on children right and children participation in Cambodia.
Currently, we also work with the children issues surrounding the most vulnerable areas within the project called “My News”.
My News is the newspaper for children who consisted of all children problems and issues and distribute free of charge to NGOs, Schools, Club activities, as well publics to release what the children need and point of views. My News could be run by the generous financial assistant from Save the Children Norway Since the early 2007 till now. |

We, Children’s Committee, absolutely believed that Children Issue will spread out and settle widely throughout the program panning of Save the Children Norway with closely cooperation with its local NGOs partners i.e. Children’s Committee.
Anyway, Save the Children Australia, Church World Service, UNESCO, UNICEF, World Vision Cambodia, ILO, Unilever Cambodia Limited, ATTWOOD Import Export Co., LTD and Angkor Book Shop also support us within the various national events, children forum on participation as well elimination of illiteracy on children in Cambodia.
In conclusion, we, Children’s Committee, stand for the children in Cambodia would like to express our warmness appreciation to the above generous human-kind being who always dedicated their priceless time on working with the most vulnerable children and support children right around the world. Hopefully, your efforts will remain children in brilliant future. |
